Return Policy

Due to the large number of designs in our database, we do not manufacture your kit until you order it. Because of this "made to order" fulfillment process, all manufacture to order products are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with the product, you can return the kit to us in resaleable condition within 30 days from the date of purchase. To process a return, please call our customer service department at 1-866-797-5487 and request a return authorization number. This number should be clearly printed on the outside of the returned package. We must receive all returned merchandise in re-sellable condition before credit will be issued.

All other Products purchased from may be returned as long as the items are new, unused and returned within 30 days of purchase. will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (the items you received were defective or incorrect, etc.).

Defective Product Return - Shadow Shield must be contacted prior to any returns of defective product. Upon notification Shadow Shield will generate a Return Authorization Number (RA #). Customer must clearly identify nature of issue and material quantity prior to returning any goods. Once material is received and inspected Shadow Shield will process credit.

You should expect to receive your refund or credit within three to four weeks of returning your package. This time frame includes transit time back to us, inspection time, and processing time. Once we have completed your return you will be notified.
